Last night I tried a new Mexican dip. I think it was yummy and I think that others will too.
Here's what I did -
Put the following into a small saucepan over med heat - 16 oz fat free sour cream, 1 can fat free refried beans, 1 packet ranch dressing mix, and ~1-2 cups shredded cheese.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
It was yummy, easy, and not too unhealthy.

This sounds great! Question though...do you ever worry about MSG? When I thought I might have celiac disease a few years back, I did a bunch of research and found out that lots of things have MSG, including the packets of Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing. Have you found a kind that doesn't have it, or do you think it's worth worrying about??
