Well, right now I am consuming something that I hardly ever pleasure myself with - white powdered donuts. Since I can't eat after midnight and probably won't feel like eating much for a few days after tomorrow, I decided to enjoy my favorite junk food tonight. In the morning, I willhave my 4 wisdom teeth removed. Three of them are lying perpendicular to the rest of my teeth and the 4th one is coming through in the wrong spot. Say a prayer for me...that it goes well and that I will heal properly and without any complications. I'm a little nervous...everyone has told me their horror stories! I obviously won't be posting anything for a few days after tonight, but hopefully my recovery will be speedy! After all, I do have to work Monday and then on Tuesday afternoon I am leaving to go to Georgia. The company that manages the nursing home that I work for has its conference center/headquarters in Georgia, so when there is a regional meeting, I have to head for Norcross. So, Tuesday afternoon, I will be driving down for a ServSafe class. It will be a quick trip - I'm driving back on Wednesday evening. I'll try to think of some exciting things to blog about while driving!
As an aside, I hope that you will all keep Steven Curtis Chapman and his family in your prayers. Yesterday, his 5 year-old daughter was killed accidently by another of their older children driving an SUV in the driveway. He has done so many wonderful things to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and I think that we should all pray for his family to feel the peace and presence of God in their lives at this time.

I'll send up some extra prayers for your quick recovery! Having mine out in high school was nice b/c I had my mom to "baby" me afterwards! The nice thing is once they're out, then you're done with them and hopefully no more problems.
When you get back from your ServSafe class I'd love to see some of the notes....I could never afford to go to one of those classes but I'd love to know the information so I can have some data to prove to Chuck that we really DON'T need to set the chicken out on the counter to thaw! (I don't let him do this by the way)
