Brent's aunt shared this recipe with me several years ago and it is one of our favorite camping recipes:
Cube a pork tenderloin or thick pork chops into 2" cubes.
Marinate pork cubes in mixture of 1 cup teriyaki sauce, 1 cup soy sauce, several dashes of Texas Pete, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and enough Mountain Dew to cover.
Let marinate for 8 hours or more.
Skewer meat along with onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
Grill at medium temp until done. Serve with rice and salad.
